If the splinter is in the victim's neck but there are no external injuries, then the only way they could have been killed is by being poisoned or have ingested something sharp. The bruising may also indicate strangulation. Otherwise, the murderer could've simply walked up behind the victim and struck them with a blunt object or simply used their hands.

nova's A3-A6 appears to be completely unconfirmed and they claim to have been on the second floor, where we think the murder happened

The body smelled of both chlorine and chemicals, though the former was a lot stronger. Its clothes were slighty wet.

both chlorine and chemicals... i assume chlorine would be the only smell the body could've got from the pool, so... azazel was at the laboratory too?
so azazel seems to have been on the second floor all night and yet nova never saw him? i don't know about that.

Poison and strangulation don't typically leave the victim with a snapped neck.

I have a mini update on the clothes' wrinkles. Do know it does not appear to be related to the murder.
The clothes look like they were haphazardly thrown off and then thrown on again. That is all.
But again, not related to his death.

I believe if Nova is telling he truth, victim must be killed at A5-6 rather than earlier. It isn't certain, but it makes more sense for me.
In which case, you and Xiao seeing each other during A6 makes it even unlikelier.
If I add every possible person to the list, it goes on and goes on.
By the way, was there any wooden bench in the garden?

Nothing of interest in the garden, except for the fact that some flowers have been picked and three tree appears to have begun getting chopped during A4, A5, or A6. It was chopped with a hand. Well, I actually witnessed Xiao chop a tree at 9:00 PM and finish before 10:00 PM.

Further investigation shows no blood on the floors so all injuries are internal or the blood has been cleaned up or the body was moved from a location to another but unlikely due to how the body was shoved behind a statue.

The art gallery literally only has the statues, paintings and the body shoved behind one of the statues so definately the murder occured else where and the body moved to said position. Not sure what else to check.

Wouldn't the floor be wet if they were knocked into the pool... if i'm being honest what if they were murdered in there room. thats 2 against 1 considering there clothes were said to be "wet" Im sorry but for it to be in the pool conflicts with 2 others here

I saw Lateria in my first visit (I think A3), not at the second one.

I'll say my detailed alibi later but there is something very important I have to say now. I checked what is exactly missed around 10 pm (A5), and found out followings are missing: 4 cups of flourand shortening, half teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of baking powder and two knives.

leaves me with erika, beyza, industria, nova
i don't really think it's industria

the body had a smell of chlorine and other chemicals, so i think that's connected to the pool and the lab
well... all three of the rest were at the lab at some point
although erika didn't seem to have had enough time in there.
i don't think nova lied about the order she visited the rooms in.
beyza could've done it in A5/A6 i guess. she was also doing Secret Stuff in the lab A1-mid A2,
or it's just nova.

a wooden club to the back of the neck might cause said splinters. I'm not 100% sold on nova being a killer when she claimed to be at the location of the crime from 11-12am. In this scenario it seems counterintuitive. (See last dr game with cheeze)
