There is no flawless alibi for Frost. They can lie about which of their actions caused the evidence we will find to appear.
Do remember:

The killer could have forged evidence for their alibi while everyone slept. This actually applies to everyone, not just Frost.
You checking the body alone is an exception I'm willing to make due to reasons I will reveal when the trial starts. But this plan of having Frost act alone I do not agree with.
