How are night actions formatted? How many moves, subactions, etc. can we do in 1 action?

Night Time is from 8 PM to 8 AM
Each turn occurs in intervals of 10 minutes.
Large actions like changing areas take the full 10 minutes, rounded down.
Smaller actions like talking are a subaction. You get 30 subactions in 10 minutes. You can use these subactions up to 30 so long as no one is waiting on you.

Everything is organized so that everyone is synchronized every in game 10 minutes.

One last question. Do you have to eat your rations immediately after preparation? Is there a time limit to eat rations after preparing?

To the first one, no.

To the second one, yes. You'll eat them at the end of the day if you don't RP it.
