Camp Council 2 (Barrett in the Bathroom)

The intercom, once again, comes on.
"You know what to do. Gym."
The class gathers in the gym to once again see the floor open up, revealing the path to the trial room. Entering the trial room, you all see Seishin has already been brought inside, and is sitting in his chair. Hawk and Nightmare, of course, are at their respective seats, Nightmare looking excited, Hawk looking apathetic.
So, once again, you take your seats.

Camp Council begins! I’ll remind you, rules are simple: talk about what you did during the night and investigation, accuse each other, and HAM IT THE FUCK UP.
You are NOT ALLOWED to directly quote any of the things I’ve sent you, but feel free to paraphrase. In addition, you may claim you have things in your inventory, but you can’t RP act and show them.
For the next 24 hours, you can PM me, asking questions about your investigation if you in-depthed. No more questions after that, though.
To vote against someone, PM me. All votes will be left anonymous. You can only change your vote twice.
After the trial, the person with the most votes will be executed.
The trial will last 48 hours, with a possible extension.

Well as you have seen from the first trial, I like to directly confront people so lets go ahead and wrap this up all in one quick swoop.
Mia died from a knife.
A knife that was probably taken from the kitchen.
We all know who took a knife as they already admitted so last time they were in this very room during the last trial.

Uhm..
Yeah, I did take a knife.

Amadeus, did you help at all during this investigation? I didn't hear you mention anything you were going to investigate. Also, please show us all your knife...if you still have it.
Seems like Melek taught you well.

Mia was stabbed straight to the heart. The blood is still leaking from the wound, corresponding to the death file which suggests she died between A4 and A6. She did not show any sign of struggle and besides her was a brown stuffed cat and a lamp.

My alibi

A1: I entered the male bathroom and looked around. There was a piece of paper taped to the ceiling.
A2: I took the piece of paper. It was blank.
A3: I went to the rec room and looked around. Amadeus briefly entered.
A4: I went to the infirmary and looked around. Melek was lying on a bed there.
A5: I went to the storage room. Nightingale entered and took stuffs out of boxes.
A6: I went to the door to the ??? room.

There's no particular emotion to his face as he stares, silent and unmoving. But eventually he speaks up.

It is definitely a kitchen knife, unless the same knife designed is available elsewhere in other rooms.
We must also keep in mind that perhaps the knife could've been taken the night before.

A few seconds before Seishin's comment towards Hawk, Josephine had returned the mask to her face, but when he speaks, she stares at him for several seconds....before bursting into hysterical laughter.

"Furry slut! I love it! Maybe we should just use that for her from now on!"

Her laughter eventually died down into hiccuping giggles.

"Anyway, I'm still waiting on a few things, but when I checked the bathroom, it was clean. Far too clean. It would seem that Mia was killed elsewhere...

As for my night, it was fairly uneventful.

Action 1, I went to the kitchen to make some coffee. Rin and Nightingale came in with me, Rin grabbed a knife, leaving one left, while Nightingale started making more tea.

Action 2, Nightingale said she would be serving tea in the cafeteria before leaving. I grabbed the remaining knife and drank my delicious coffee.

Action 3, Rin asks to stay with me so we have an alibi. I agree, because why not?

Action 4, I tell Rin that I'm going to the cafeteria and that she should come with. In the cafeteria, Seishin was passed out on a table while Alfie and Amadeus were freaking out.

Action 5, Rin came in from the kitchen, knife in hand. Guess she thought I was gonna attack her? Any way, after checking to make sure Seishin was alive, I asked the other two what happened. Alfie told me that Seishin has passed out and they were taking him to the infirmary. The three then left.

Action 6, I told Rin what had happened when she asked. Then, since I wasn't completely sure Rin wasn't gonna kill me, I carved her name into a table. Insurance, just in case.
Oh, and Nightingale came in and started making some kind of model using a knife, "

Rin gasps in mock surprise upon hearing Josephine.

"You wound me with your words Josephine... why would I ever want to kill such a wonderful friend? I did take the knife yes, but that was just because I like keeping a weapon handy in case I might *need* it."

She then turns towards Seishin and chuckles a bit.

"You sure do have a way with words, my dear fighter. But do be careful that you do not wake up tomorrow with a face full of claw marks though."

So, for action 1 I went to the storage, which had nobody in it.
For action 2, I went briefly to the infirmary, seeing Melek in one of the beds, and then went to the cafeteria finding Mia, Seishin and nightingale there. Nightingale gives me a cup of tea.
For action 3, Seishin goes on a crazy rant and then Amadeus enters.
For action 4, Seishin falls unconscious, Mia talks to nightingale, and then nightingale drags Mia out of the room. Then Josephine enters.
For action 5, Rin enters with a knife and we take Seishin to the infirmary and place him on one of the beds. Melek is still there.
For action 6, nobody leaves or enters the infirmary. Amadeus has a knife on him

As for the investigation, I found no useful information.

I would really like to hear what nightingale says she did night 5.

Without further ado, there is something important I would like to mention. All of the knives in the kitchen are now gone. Every single one of them. I would kindly ask people to return the knives because I don't want to cut my toast with a machete. Also, someone has been making tea and coffee recently, although that's not important.

My alibi:
A1: I was in my room setting up a curtain
A2: It didn't work out so I went to the storage room to grab some tools
A3: I took what I needed and headed back to my room
A4: I finally set up the damn curtain correctly
A5: I sharpened the spare pool stick I had lying around and left it in my room
