“You call yourself reasonable and yer you love to abuse your hand by punching walls and overreact to pretty much everything, like you thinking I was going to hurt Charlie. Not to mention incompetent at your job before this whole fiasco.”

“I’m surprised that you’re just brushing off the fact that Santa put the elves through presumably incredible pain by ‘reviving’ them, based on how the elves were described. That was something that he should’ve perfected a long time ago.”

“Have you ever stopped to consider Santa as a person, rather than a god who can do no wrong?”

"Waking up long enough to say that, as impossible as it may be, I agree with the idiot. Santa's idea of "revival" is tantamount to a twisted form of amateurish necromancy, which, if he's as much a God as you guys keep making him out to be, he shoulda got down pat by now. He doesn't, and in all blatant honesty, good intentions or nah, he put them dead folks through more unnecessary suffering. Death is sacred, the one thing all living things can have as a God-given right is freedom in death, and the jolly fat fuck took that and MANGLED it.

The votes stay like that, even hours later. A lot of discussion occurred, but no one managed to change anyone's mind.
When you are all done, several more hours later, the Grinch can be heard from the speakers, sighing.

"What a bunch of..." is what he whispers to himself before all the lights go out.

In the dark, you can hear the sound of something being dragged. You cannot see, and some of you call out to each other.
A minute after the dragging stops, the light comes back on. You glance around the room, but... nothing has really changed.

"I'm sure none of you blind idiots have noticed the extra bed right there," the Grinch sounds happy, in a way, "Look under it."

You count all beds and find that there are, indeed, eleven, even though you're 10. William vaguely remembers in which bed everyone woke up in, goes to the extra one and looks under it, finding a large plastic bag. He drags it out and opens it for everyone to see...
And inside the bag are elf remains. You can see green clothes here and there, a finger, an eye, and many other body parts. Simon just rummages in and takes out a head.
Charlie's head, to be specific.

As you stand there, you hear a beep and the door blows open.
Ignoring that some of you were near the explosion and are a bit damaged... You can leave now, it seems.

You all stand around the bag, Simon still holding the eyeless head. He decides to put it back in the bag.

Simon is caught off guard, but does respond. “I’m going to fix Charlie, of course!” He grins, full of manic confidence. He gestures with the hand holding the knife. “If Santa can’t bring her back... I’ll do so myself!” As for Bruce’s attempt at snatching the bag, Simon doesn’t even try to defend it, beyond gripping it tight. This leads to Bruce trying to yank the bag away and Simon stumbling forward with it.

Those questions remain unanswered, and Simon eventually gets the bag containing the dead Charlie and runs off. Bruce looks mad.
Having nothing better to do, you all carry the beds upstairs back to their respective rooms. Luckily, they weren't that heavy.
After this, you all split. As you walk, the Grinch reminds that Santa is still very much alive and will die if no one kills. Hm...

Deadly Life

Most head to sleep for the night, and not much happens after that.
Everyone is eventually woken up by William and Gary, who bring everyone into the bloody working area. As you walk in you notice a big red figure on the floor afar, which a closer inspection reveals to actually be Santa. You check his pulse, but he isn't dead or anything, just even more damaged and unconscious. Steve checks him out and then glances around, counting how many elves there are.

"Where is...?" he takes a few steps back before running off. Most elves follow, except for three others (Simon, Leonidas and Kijah) who carry Santa with them upstairs.

You all eventually catch up to Steve and reach a dorm room. Steve bangs on the door, but there's no answer. He tries the knob but the door doesn't open. Others try, too, but it won't budge.
And so, you are forced to break it down.

Inside the room, near the doorway, is Bruce.
On the floor.

Dead.

Kijah stares in horror at the dead body. He starts talking incoherently and looking everywhere except the dead body. At random points he lets out a fake laugh and tries to smile through tears
"NOT TRUE! TRUENOTTHISISALLALIE! JUSTASICK... PRANK! FAKE! HAH! Everythings FINE! Heh! Yes! Investigate! Find them! The Actor who is pretending a killer! Yes! I'M INVESTIGATING THE PROP!"
With that, Kijah runs to the body which he has dubbed 'Prop'.

She emotes incredibly deadpan.

Simon looks, how to put this succinctly... like a total mess. He’s disheveled and bloodstained and a bit unsteady, and it’s obvious that he hasn’t slept hardly at all. But he’s... back to smiling.
“Hm...” He readjusts his glasses, brushing back his spiky brown hair to take a better look at the scene. “Well, I ought to investigate the workspace to get a list of all of the items that are missing from it.” Oh my god, is he speaking calmly and at a normal volume for once? What is happening?! Wasn’t he having a total mental breakdown yesterday? “Though, if any of you would like me to investigate elsewhere, I’ll be glad to do so!... hm?”
As he speaks, Kijah starts freaking the fuck out, as stated in BRVR’s post.
“Ah, my friend, don’t worry! This will all be reversed, once I get some time to work after the trial! It’s like I said: I’ll fix everyone and bring them back with science!”
