Unable to play Coven Ranked (placement games)

Constantly automatically requeues me. Even after waiting 5+ times consecutively, it doesn't match me into a game. It's been like this even since the last Coven ftp weekend. I've even got a Coven ticket too. Initially I thought this was a Mobile glitch but I'm currently experiencing the same issue on my Mac. Constantly keeps requeuing and doesn't allow me into any games no matter how long I wait.

Coven ranked is not a crowded gamemode, thus the number of players wanting to join for Coven ranked is below 15, which results in no game taking place.
The lakc of players is not a bug, I apologize.
