Retributionist, Transporter, and SK interaction

So, the game is like this, there's an sk, mafioso, poisoner, and retributionist left: night comes, sk kills retributionist, mafioso and poisoner kill each other, retributionist brings back me (transporter).

The end result is that it's a transporter and sk: but sk gets the win. Shouldn't that have been allowed to play out, cause if I transport myself and sk then sk can't kill me: it's a tie, right?

This is because of the Stalemate detector. Draw out draws are to be prevented.
