Cannot connect to server

Whenever I attempt to log in to play the PTR gives me a message "Connecting to server..." which stays for about 15 second before it tells me to try again. The problem is that this has been happening for about 2 weeks now. Id like to actually play the game instead of staring at login screens and error messages.

Usually this happens to me when I have low internet connection.

What is your ISP?
