Im ip restricted?

When i try to go into a game it says that im restricted from playing due to suspisus ip activity but its my first time playing the game. I just wanna play the game

Hi there. Unfortunately due to bad apples, free players IPs will be restricted for a period of time when those bad apples get banned. The way around this is to buy Premium. Otherwise you have to wait for the restriction to lift. Apologies.
