It doesn’t give affirmation that the password was actually changed successfully, and when it closes the window and I try to log in again, it doesn’t work. I have tried doing a password reset by putting my password wrong so I can change it that way, and my email that is associated with the account, says it isn’t. I tried my other email, and it also didn’t work.
Edit: after checking my emails and history from that, I have confirmed I am using the right email to reset my password.
