Mobile password change error

I can’t play the game on mobile anymore because it requires a password change. Not a huge deal because I can just change it, right? Wrong. It will not let me change the password. I am entering my password correctly, and following the password change rules of the capitals, numbers, and the stupid special character, but the app will not let me log in.

What error are you getting when trying to change your password?

It doesn’t give affirmation that the password was actually changed successfully, and when it closes the window and I try to log in again, it doesn’t work. I have tried doing a password reset by putting my password wrong so I can change it that way, and my email that is associated with the account, says it isn’t. I tried my other email, and it also didn’t work.
Edit: after checking my emails and history from that, I have confirmed I am using the right email to reset my password.
