Valentines Starter Bundle not appearing

I purchased the Valentine's Starter Bundle for $0.99 on PayPal. It said "Do not close this widget until you finish the payment process." even though I waited for a long time and nothing happened.
I would re-purchase this, but this is the second time this has happened!! I paid for a different bundle twice in the past because the first time didn't go through.

EDIT: I ended up re-paying for the bundle, so it is now in my inventory.
