Caught this in a Coven All Any game and no clue what happened. As consort, I visited a person that the Medusa visited with the Necronomicon. I was not stoned. Medusa was the only coven member in the game as well. This was on N3 so the first night Coven had the Necronomicon as well.

Medusa doesn't rampage. They just attack their target.
