So last game I was a doctor and there was another player named Dixi who was also a doctor (I can confirm he was not disguiser because I wanted for the end game role screen).
I healed Dixi and Dixi healed me on Night 2, the Werewolf attacker Dixi, I successfully healed him but he did not heal me. So the town lynched him for being a “fake doc” and cost us the game.
I wouldn’t have visited an obvious WW target if I knew of this bug.

Do you have any screeshots of the incident and the after game lobby?
Could it be that the other Doc was roleblocked, or you were transported?

It's not a bug. They just didn't heal you. Most likely scenario is they simply forgot to click your name, or misclicked.
Or, as Jerme mentioned, you were transported.
