N1 I targeted #13, who transported themselves with #3.
The game showed that I had doused #13 with the little doused icon on the names list.
The icon stayed on them, despite not actually being doused (I tried to ignite again N2)
So I guess Transporter messes up an arso's doused indicators

This is not a bug. The indicator for Arson is to show you who you chose to douse, it doesn't show the other target being doused in case they get transported.
