glitch as jailor executing target

I was jailor, and my target claimed jester. I voted to execute him, but then it said I failed to do my night ability, and he was alive the next day. Please fix this! It cost me the game!

Greetings,
this is not a bug of the game, but caused by latency, so that your selected action did not reach the server in time to be counted in.
