server down we got dc and i looked i lost 30 ranked points. thats unfair!!!

When you leave a Ranked game whilst alive you get a harsh ELO penalty for doing so. This varies on your Ranked tier. Players from Bronze-Diamond lose 30 ELO for leaving whilst alive, whereas players from Masters tier lose 15 LEO (this is because Masters has a lower "k-factor", which reduces the amount of ELO gained or lost). It's a measure intended to discourage leavers, but it does mean that players who get disconnected by server issues or unstable internet connection will also have to face that penalty.

BMG have never and are unlikely to ever refund ELO for cases like this. The only way to recover your ELO is by winning it back in more games.

Rating will not be refunded.
Besides: If the server were down, nobody would lose rating. I beleive you simply dc'd.
This is not a bug.
