It says I'm a she when I die or something like that but I logged in through Facebook and I don't remember ever pressing girl or she as an option I did he or none or something

The displayed gender depends on the used skin, not on any preset gender, that was evnetually asked. I do not remeber that there was the option to select a gender anyway.
