Escort And Mafia Bug

I just finished a game, in which on the second to last night, I, being escort, RBd someone who turned out to be bodyguard. The day after, we lynched the jester. After the jester was lynched, there were 3 players left. Me, the BG, and the mafioso. The jester killed the BG, and I RBd the mafioso. Then, the game automatically made the mafia win. However, only the mafioso and I were left, meaning the game should have eventually ended up as a draw.

this is the intended behaviour. The Stalemate detector kicked in to prevent such a timeout draw and handed the Mafia the victory, as Town had a 0% chance of winning.
