Jailor showing that he is Arsonist for Consigliere

Played as Consigliere and it showed me that Jailor was Arsonist and not Jailor which he actually was. arsonist was in the game and he was already dead.

Maybe the Jailor was doused? iirc dousing fools Consigliere.

This is correct.
Either the jailor was doused, or he was transported with the arsonist or another doused player.
