I believe players are not a bug, honestly.
If you'd like to report a player, do so by using the ingame report feature.
When they use racist terms and use racist or homophobic slurs, you could also use the report players board (along with screenshtos and ingame reporting): viewforum.php?f=26
I'll move this to not bugs.
