Apparently, Ranked's ranks don't work

So I was playing Rank as usual, and me and some other guys in dead chat noticed, that placement system doesn't work. I was silver, someone was gold, and other guys were in different ranks too. Can you please fix this, BMG?

If Ranked match-making cannot find 15 players of the same ELO rank, they will pull the closests ones, i.e: You're gold ranked. You'll get a few Platinum and a few Silver, and a few Gold. If it's really low, you might get a Diamond or Bronze as well.

It works as intended. Moving to Not Bugs.
