Game froze and I get -30ELO

After 1 year of playing Town of Salem I started playing ranked games. I'm playing on Steam. For a year everything was fine, but yesterday when I was playing Jailor game my screen just froze in 0 secs Night, and I just couldnt do anything. I'm not a leaver and I dont think I should lose -30elo for a situation where I just couldnt do anything. I never left a game like a lot people do. Is there a possibility to get my elo back?

The game doesn't differentiate between disconnecting and leaving, since both, in the end, do the exact same thing.
And while I understand the fact that it's not great for you to freeze and then lose elo, but there's also the 14 other people to consider. And especially in Ranked, people have been very vocal about the problems with leavers. So at least until the leaverbuster gets implemented (no ETA), this is the way it's being handled.

Sadly, we can't "refund" elo.
