Some people may have brung this up, but ranked would honestly be better with the old ranked list of

I feel like the Any role would be a great addition along with NB in the current meta. NB could help the evils survive more with the current jailor meta.
I also strongly suggest that NB be brought back to ranked. Not because of nostalgia, but because of how much itll change the meta positively and make the game better in general. NB shouldn't have been removed from ranked. Nowadays, NE mostly acts like the NB back then, with them being the deciding factor of many games, which isnt what the role was meant to be. Neutral Evil is supposed to act on their own, not decide the game.
Back then, no, this role list did not work. That's why it was removed. But now, I believe we should switch the ranked list back to this possibly starting the next season.
If we wouldnt do this list, we could atleast remove one TP and add an RT.
What do you guys think about this?

Town Power roles cannot roll in RT, so no Jailor/Mayor/Ret
factional kills would exist so Mafioso being guarnteed to rand shouldnt be
and a few Town roles would have to be nerfed, to make this rolelist workable

of course about 50ish changes would have to be done but you can get away with about 5 changes to make this rolelist work

If devs allowed for Jailor Mayor and Retributionist to share the same slot, as Town Power, rolelists would be easier to balance in my opinion. I don't see that happening though, so that's that. Town Support is fine as Medium/Trans/Esc only.

This means you can do the following list:

Town Power (Jailor/Mayor/Retributionist)
Town Support (Medium/Transporter/Escort)
Town Killing (no longer includes Jailor)
Town Protective
Town Investigative
Random Town
Random Town
Random Town
Godfather
Mafia Deception
Random Mafia

Given how the game is currently however... I'd go for something like this:
