What happens if you are vig, you kill a town member, you suicide after that,and then ,the retri revives you? Can you be revived? if yes, can you still shoot ?

you can be revived, but you have put away your gun for killing a townie, so no, you cant shoot.
If you shot 1 evil, you will be revived with 2 bullets
if you shot 2 evils, you will be revived with 1 bullet
if you didnt shoot anyone, you will be revived with 3 bullets

it's basically like citizen you can vote with out any ability be aware that witch could not use this vig
