My statistics pre-1.5

Well, since 1.5 is hopefully coming out tomorrow I might as well post this now. I've been tracking my statistics since last week in ranked, I was hoping to reach 100 games but probably won't have time. I usually go under the name Jailord in ranked but I've been randomizing my name is about half these games to see if it makes any difference. I've been stabbed N1 waaaaaaaaaaay more often when picking a random name then when using my usual, so in my humble opinion if you play ranked stick to your name and people WILL recognize and respect you.

I firmly believe that Town had a way higher win rate pre-July (Thanks to kiddies being out of school new players over the summer pewdiepie/markiplier game throwing etc.), however I have no personal way to prove this.

60% win record is imo extremely good, anything above 50% is quite good. I'm happy to offer any random advice or suggestions to anyone who asks, even if this is a small sample size. I'll keep track past 1.5 as well since things will be changing quite a bit come the new patch.

Thanks for sharing this mate. It's always nice to see statistics like this, especially because BMG isn't sharing theirs atm. You record is pretty impressive. The 2 SK wins are also really funny (SK-Winrate over 30 % confirmed, lel). Would also be interesting to know your elo.

Elo is pointless and broken as of now.

Can only agree to some extent. Completely neglecting it seems wrong.

My ELO is almost 1900? Probably a little lower. I probably have around 7-800 ranked wins? I forgot how to check.

your ELO will always go up as long as you are winning something like 35-40% of your games, which is probably what the average win record is. For good players, ELO is simply a measure of how much you play right now, rather than a measure of actual skill.

One of my SK wins I stabbed an Escort who didn't visit me N1. And town lynched whoever that Escort visited. Even in ranked a lot of people don't know there is only around a 52% chance that the Escort was actually visited by the SK. Some people know this and refuse to take the risk anyways. When it backfires though it can quickly cost town the game.

Both of my lost Survivor games I died literally due to survivor hate. So in my next survivor games I'll probably try my best not to claim survivor, however it's rather difficult to do that as well without being suspicious. Never, EVER claim survivor to a Jailor regardless IMO.
