Thoughts On This Evil Strategy

So people have a tendency to leave if there's no med so I was thinking, why not exploit that and tell townies there's no med so there'll leave?

The thing is, I'm not sure if this can be considered a legitimate strategy or not. Technically, it is in the spirit of the game's deception concept after all but it makes people lose because they leave.

So, do you guys think it's legit, wrong or somewhere in between?

The townies who care will wait until nighttime, at which point the actual medium will prove you a liar. Or, if any townies died before you, they'll just call you out on the spot.

If you die before any townies or the only townies who died left, then it could work. Also, how many people would actually stay?

Lol, if people actually stayed encase of ret or med, games would be a lot different. Maybe in ranked they do but hardly ever out of ranked.
