DJFROSTKILLER - Pattern Hate Speech/Harassment

I'm just wondering why DJFROSTKILLER has not been suspended for his use of calling people "fat retards". Is this the type of language BMG supports? I can see a history of this language throughout their report history and a game where this was reported he was deemed innocent.

If BMG isn't going to do anything about this type of hate speech then can I use the same language in every game I play?
