ok seriously, if the name alone isn't enough for instant perma-ban, maybe the fact he's going from lobby to lobby and spamming all caps hate speech will do it. He brags about being on mobile and unbannable, that he will just make another account. And he will, I've seen him before, you guys keep letting him come back. He's bragging about almost getting his goal of 300 bans.
