Jester / Executioner Rework Idea

Jester

You are A Jester .
Your Alignment is Neutral Evil .

If You are lynched , You Will learn All non-towns names .
If You are lynched , You can haunt 1 of non-innocent voters with an unstoppable attack and You can also RoleBlock 3 person .You may also choose Roleblock less than 3 people , even noone.
You cant Speak at death chat If You lynched .
If You Killed at night , You may choose to RB your killer once A Game .


Goal : Ensure town lose and one of non-town faction's wins .
Wins With : Everyone but Town
Must Kill : Town




Executioner

You are an Executioner .
Your Alignment is Neutral Evil .

Your target is [X]
You know Your target is not an unique role . You Also know Your target is town.
You are night immune .
If Your target is lynched , you Will learn All non-towns names . And You Will be able to roleblock 3 of The non-innocent voters . You may also choose Roleblock less than 3 people , even noone.
All actions Will fail against You after You lynched Your target . ( This includes Jailing Also )
You Will die The night after You lynched Your target . You cant Speak at death chat If Your target is lynched .
If Your target died at night , you Will turn into Jester .

EDITS :
Spoiler: 20 June 2018 : Removed 1 haunt from both Executioner and Jester , instead add can RB 3 people . Some colours added.

The ones on TG is NB , not NE .
How True is it to compare A NB role Idea and A NE role Idea ?

The entire point of these NEs is to help Scum KP wise. NE roles should never be able to directly kill. That makes the games too swingy killing wise as if you lynch a Jester Town is pretty much guaranteed to lose.. because +2 Kills for lynching an Evil.
The Executioner one has the same issue really.
RNG is never good for any strategy based game. Please learn the definition of what that means, especially if you're one of the people constantly defending it.

Maybe I should remove 1 kill for both roles ( which make 1-1 trade If lynch Jester and exes target) , and Add some other abilities . Is This sound good ? ( I Will probably edit thread tomorrow )

This. The only change I think should be added would be going solely after anyone who innoes and either everyone that does or at least two people.
