Spy and Sheriff changes

Spy changes:
No longer sees visits to frame, forge, and investigate.
Cannot see visits to the dead anymore.

Sheriff changes:

Spoiler: Role Name: Sheriff

Role Alignment: Town Investigative

Attributes:
You will know if your target is suspicious.

Abilities: Interrogate someone each night to see if they are suspicious or a member of a faction.

Goal:
Lynch every criminal and evildoer.

Wins with:
Town
Survivor
Guardian Angel
Pirate

Special Attributes:
None

Investigative Results:
Sheriff: Your target is not suspicious.
Investigator: Your target could be a Sheriff, Executioner, Werewolf, or Poisoner.

Ability results:
Faction targets: Mafia and coven members. Hexed targets will appear to be a faction member while framed targets can appear to be apart of a faction.
Suspicious targets: Neutral evils (besides witch), and neutral killings. Doused targets will appear to be suspicious and framed targets can also appear to be suspicious.

Messages:
"Your target is suspicious!"
"Your target follows a leader with evil ideals. They must be apart of a faction!"


Version: 1.4

Update logs:
Spoiler: 5/28|(1.1) Made spy see all mafia deception visits beside framer and forger. Made spy not be able to see consigliere's visits. Made the mafia and coven look suspicious to the sheriff and not their individual factions. Doused, framed, and hexed targets are also now suspicious.
5/29|(1.2) Changed what is suspicious. Suspicious now does not include neutral chaos and witch.
6/1 | (1.3) Added a faction result for sheriff.
6/2 | (1.4) Changed framing.

Arsonist is already one of the harder roles to win as, it doesn't need to become harder.

Spy already got massively nerfed by no longer seeing the mafia chat, and is probably the weakest TI role. It doesn't need to become even worse

Changing MD to be unseeable is something I have thought of but thrown it away because if Spy sees three visits, then he instantly knows there’s no forger, framer, Disguiser, or Janitor, and that confirms many towns and mafia

Spy Changes: Ctrl + Alt + Del

(Also, not all of Mafia Deception needs to be blocked, only the ones that are countered by doing so. This being Framer and Disq.

Sheriff Changes: This would be fine if it only saw "Suspicious" (Non-town) and "Not suspicious" (Town) and an Arsonist Dousing, Hexer Hexing, and Framer Framing, all made someone appear as Sus. This could work to the benefit of the evils as they have an easier time passing off the accusations of a Sheriff (especially if they're the NK, and can then claim framed). Arsonist can now decimate the information of the Sheriff/Invest by making everyone appear as Sus, and Mafia can claim doused. However from the Sheriff's point of view, it is still able to tell if someone is innocent or could be guilty, which is powerful in it of itself.

/no-support, because
- Spy is a terrible role. It cannot be fixed in any way- the best thing to do with it is to remove and replace it with a better TI role..
- Sheriff does not need any buffs, it needs nerfs. Arsonist is a slow killer so it needs as much immunity as possible to be able to get to end game.
RNG is never good for any strategy based game. Please learn the definition of what that means, especially if you're one of the people constantly defending it.

Version 1.1 is out with some changes.

Also I made the sheriff changes to nerf the role in finding Neutral Killings. Not buff it.

"not Suspicious" for Town, NE, NB, NC "Suspicious" for others

Version 1.2 has come out with sheriff changes only!

Changed who is suspicious off of this feedback and other ideas.

Okay I will make a slight change of my results. However it still doesn't gather reliable info even with telling if mafia or coven.

Edit: Made a new result for sheriff. (Version 1.3 is out)

Secondly, what are you smoking? Sheriff can not reliably gather information without being fooled, except in the case of SK, so it is UP. Spy is OP, because its ability to see Mafia and Coven visits disproves A) Fake claims from both factions and B) That a sheriff or investigator has found a framed/hexed player.

Spy is extremely overbalanced
RNG is never good for any strategy based game. Please learn the definition of what that means, especially if you're one of the people constantly defending it.
