Framer/Arsonist/Hex Master has been a long requested invest result.
Even if it doesn’t exist, he can still use it.
People use it quite often.

Not really.

Arsonist douses 1 person every night.
This Infects 2 people every night and it has a 3 night delay.
So just like Chemist said its more like poisoner then an Arsonist
