The Cartel - Faction Idea WIP

If you guys think the name and the concept is kinda inappropriate to the game i can change it (with some help ofc)

Lore:
WIP

Mechanics:
-On the nights 3 and 5 will happen a event called "Delivery Rush" which all Cartel members will receive a buff in their abilities in this night
-Cartel night chat
-Window showing every Cartel member
-Every role in this faction is unique
-There is a min of 2 and a max of 4 in a game
-Goal: Kill everyone who wants to destroy the Cartel
-Standard Evil Faction Win con

Sub-Alignments:
Cartel Front Office: Leaders of the faction
Cartel Support: Roles that can give support to the Faction

Cartel Front Office:

Traffic Master
Spoiler: "You are the owner of a Drug Cartel wanting to dominate Salem"
Attack: Basic (Indirect)
Defense: Basic

Abilities: Use a Drugged target to kill via Moon icon

Attributes:
-You will Drug the Drugger's Target if he gets roleblocked on the first night
-You will be able to perform Drugger's ability if he gets Jailed
-You can use two Drugged targets to deal a Powerfull attack however the targets will no longer be Drugged
-You will get Drugging ability if the Drugger dies
-The drugged target will visit whoever you want to kill instead of visiting their original target
-If your drugged target gets Roleblocked the Escort will perform the kill
-You will be notified if a Drugged target gets jailed

Goal: Kill everyone who wants to destroy the Cartel

Investigative Results:
Sheriff: Your target is part of the Cartel!
Investigator: WIP
Consigliere/Witch: Your target owns a powerfull Drug Cartel. They must be a Traffic Master

Delivery Rush: The Drugged target still drugged if you use the Powerfull attack

Notes: The Drugged target will die if he the other target gets protected by a Bodyguard however if the Bodyguard protects the Drugged target you will die


Drugger:
Spoiler: "You are the Traffic Master's sword arm working for the Drug Cartel"

Attack: None
Defense: None

Ability: Drug a player during the night

Attributes:
-Drugged players will be in the control of the Traffic Master
-You will be able to kill the Traffic Master's target instead of Drugging if he gets roleblocked
-You will be able to use the Traffic Master's ability if he gets Jailed
-You become the Traffic Master with Drugging ability if the Traffic Master dies
-Your ability will fail if you try to drug a NK or Witch

Goal: Kill everyone who wants to destroy the Cartel

Investigative Results:
Sheriff: Your target is part of the Cartel!
Investigator: WIP
Consigliere/Witch: Your target can drug you many ways. They must be a Drugger

Delivery Rush: When you Drugg someone on these nights everyone who your target visits or visits your target you also be Drugged


Cartel Support:

Junkie:
Spoiler: "You are the cartel's best client who started to work with them"

Attack: None
Defense: None

Abilities: Select two people to go use drugs with you

Attributes:
-The targets will visit eachother
-Both targets will be framed
-You will become a Drugger with Traffic Master's ability if both original and promoted dies

Goal: Kill everyone who wants to destroy the Cartel

Investigative Results:
Sheriff: Your target is part of the Cartel!
Investigator: WIP
Consigliere/Witch: Your target is pretty much a Drug Addict. They must be a Drugger

Delivery Rush: Everyone who visits Target A will also visit Target B and be framed and vice-versa


Pharmacist:
Spoiler: "You own a pharmacy selling strange pills secretly funded by the Cartel"

Attack: None
Defense: None

Abilities: Sell a strange pill to someone else during the night

Attributes:
-You have 3 different pills
-Forgetfull Pill (Unlimited uses): Your target will not receive the feedback in that night
-Amnesia Pill (1 Use): Your target's chat log,will and graveyard will be deleted for 1 day,they will also not receive the feedback of that night
-Voice Loss Pill (Unlimited Uses): Your target will not be able to say nothing during the day and will only able to say "cough,cough" on the Trial
-You will become a Drugger with Traffic Master's ability if both original and promoted dies

Goal: Kill everyone who wants to destroy the Cartel

Investigative Results:
Sheriff: Your target is part of the Cartel!
Investigator: WIP
Consigliere/Witch: Your target is owner of a strange pharmacy. They must be a Pharmacist

Delivery Rush: Your pills effect will last 2 days


Tranquilizer;
Spoiler: "You are a kidnapper working with the Cartel who sedates your victims and then interrogate then"

Attack: None
Defense: None

Abilities: Sedate someone every Non-Full Moon night

Attributes:
-Your target will be Roleblocked
-You will know your target's alignment and sub-alignment
-You will die if you try to sedate a Serial Killer
-You will become a Drugger with Traffic Master's ability if both original and promoted dies

Goal: Kill everyone who wants to destroy the Cartel

Investigative Results:
Sheriff: Your target is part of the Cartel!
Investigator: WIP
Consigliere/Witch: Your target is very cautelous and sneaky. They must be a Tranquilizer

Delivery Rush: Everyone who visits you or your target will be roleblocked


Smuggler
Spoiler: "You are a drug dealer who can transport the goods in safe ways"

Attack: None
Defense: None

Abilities: Stabilize a safe route in the house of a Cartel member

Attributes:
-The choosen Cartel member will apear as Not Suspicious to the Sheriff
-The choosen Cartel member will not appear to the Lookout
-Everyone who visits the choosen Cartel member will get these effects
-You can only stabilize another safe route if the choosen Cartel member dies
-If you die the route will be blocked roleblocking everyone who visited the choosen Cartel member
-You will become a Drugger with Traffic Master's ability if both original and promoted dies

Goal: Kill everyone who wants to destroy the Cartel

Investigative Results:
Sheriff: Your target is part of the Cartel!
Investigator: WIP
Consigliere/Witch: Your target has a safe ways to transport the drugs. They must be a Smuggler

Delivery Rush: Every Cartel member will get the effect of the Safe Route

2-Changed Pharmacist's Amnesia Pill uses to 1,Fixed Grammar errors,Added Spoilers
3-Nerfed the Tranquilizer
4-Nerfed the Tranquilizer once again
5-Added the Smuggler and a new option on the Poll
6-Buffed the Traffic Master a bit (thanks Darth for the suggestions)

This is a pretty cool idea for a faction. It's another form of organized crime similar to the Multi Mafia concept (You know, adding the Russian Mafia or the Chinese Triad or the Japanese Yakuza), but with it's own playstyle and cool mechanic.
There is one thing I disagree with. The minimum number of Cartel that can spawn should be 0. Not every faction always needs to be present in a game.
I'll do an in depth analysis on the roles when I have more time, but for now this seems good.

Not bad but Pharmacist is an Op broken blackmailer, it can either blackmail like blackmailer or use the stupidly broken pill that blocks their day chat and graveyard chats?

Tranquilizer is an OP consig

Witch Change/buff
Favourite Roles: Jailor, Transporter, Veteran, Serial Killer, Consigliere, Mayor, Godfather and Witch
Disliked Roles: Framer, Arsonist, Medium and Retributionist
I prefer editing and balancing roles more than creating roles.
My Ranked Name is usually Monarchy with the demon skin who has a ghost pet.

Actually the Amnesia pill just delete the chat story and make the player unable to see who is dead for 1 day they still able to talk in the next day, but i will change it to 1 use beacause i just realized now how it can be broken in Delivery Rush nights
About the Tranquilizer i actually agree but it was the only way that i though that could fit the faction theme

Hmmm. The mechanics of traffic master and drugger seem interesting. As for the support roles: Junkie - like a weird witch, idk what to think. Pharmacist - seems pretty good, Amnesia pill needs to have 2 or 3. Tranquilizer - Make it so it cant use its ability every night otherwise its Consort+slightly nerfed Consig

Amnesia Pill needs to be 1 use it can be broken with Delivery Rush with 2 uses
Nerfing the Tranquilizer to only be able to use the ability on Non-Full Moon night

This faction is getting pretty good, now you just need a few more roles. Here are some thoughts off the top of my head
Sterilizer - Cleans people
Idk what the name could be - gives the rest of their team steroids to boost their abilities

I was thinking about a Cleaner but i want to make it more special than the regular Janitor
They already have the Delivery Rush would be unbalanced if they have another way to buff themselves
