Psst, i accept constructive CRITICISM! and i may change anything wrong with this role
I just wanted to thank all of you guys, i sent my role idea "Trainer" and it has been accepted into the TG! Free tomatoes for everyone!
1) Abilities-
Spoiler: 1a)Day ability - Choose someone to train. You won't be able to talk with your target. Your target won't know they are being trained unless the trained ability activates.
1b) Night ability - Train someone for the following abilities
a) Concentration - Roleblock immunity
b) Racer - You will be able to outrun Serial Killers and Arsonists but only once ] (Yes, you are warned when Racer buff wears off)
c) Magic Ignorant- Making you Magic Ignorant, will make it impossible for whispers and medium to reach you, because you're going to ignore them. Spy can still see the whisper BUT you can't be witched or haunted by a Jester. If witched.
+As a normal role - You will ignore the witch
+As a killing role - You will kill the witch
-Whispers send to you won't reach you.
-Spy will be able to see the whispers
-You or the Sender won't know that you're ignoring their whispers.
Observation: Effect won't target the Spy
d) Attention - You will if you're visited at all, you will see how many players visited you
Example-
(N1) Trained, learned "Attention"
(N2) You were visited by one player (two, three, four, etc. Depends on the amount of players who visited you.)
You can only Train one person once
Example-
(N1) Trained person A
(N2) Tired, so no bussines,
(N3) Can't train person A again, he must train someone else, but he can still take A for saving. (Yes a message should pop-up warning the Trainer, but only once for no annoyance)
(Im planing on giving some a side-effect for balancing, should i?)
# There is a 1 nights cooldown each time you take someone for training. It shall appear
(N1) After training: "You succesfully trained a townie!"
(N2) 1st night off: "You are exausted! You decided to not take your target"
(N3) Training: "You took your target for training!"
(N?) If your target is attacked: "You sacrificed for your target, but, he didn't learn anything!"
# You can't train the revealed Mayor or a Jailor (The button will appear for Jailor, but it will say "You were roleblocked!" after the night phase.)
# If are jailed, you won't take your target.
2) Person In Training
Spoiler: At the start of the night your target won't know they are being trained.
- If you get targeted by a killing role, the trainer will die for you, but, you won't learn anything and will be roleblocked.
End of the night "You were roleblocked!" Or when attacked "The Trainer sacrificed for you! you didn't learn anything.
# The Trained person will not be able to see what he learned with the Trainer, he will only know when the ability activates.
3) Uses
Spoiler: Let's suppose that there is a Witch(W), a confirmed Vigilante(V), Trainer(T) and a (Random Mafia turned) Mafioso (M)
Day (4 alive)
-V doesn't know who is Witch or Trainer or Mafioso
-W doesn't know that there is a Trainer, but she already know M and V.
-M knows W, T and V
Night (4 alive, 2 dies.)
-T takes V to train and teachs V "Magic ignorance"
-W tries to enchant V into shooting T but it fails and instead V shoots W
-M tries to kill V but T sacrifices and saves V life, leaving only V and M
-The game ends in a draw (I suppose)
4) Investigation results
Spoiler: Investigator = Your target seeks justice. They must be a Vigilante, Mafioso, Amnesiac or Trainer.
Sheriff = "Your target isn't suspicious"
Consigliere and Witch = "Your target dreams of training the town against the evil. They must be a Trainer!"
