The City is a group of socialized citizens who want to spread their enterprise
City Win Condition & Goal

City Power (all Unique):
Governor Spoiler: Attack: None
Defense: None

Abilities:
- May give the Town an extra trial after a player has been lynched (once)

Attributes:
- Must select to make an extra trial during the judgement phase
- If the player is Inno'd, your power renews

Mechanics:
- If a new trial is successful, the Town will be given 12 seconds to vote another player
- You may start another Trial if you are lynched that day

Investigative Results:

- Investigator: Invest, Consig, Mayor, Governor, Tracker, Pb

Council Spoiler: Attack: Unstoppable
Defense: None

Abilities:
- During the day, may choose a player to attend a night meeting with
- May choose to kill them (once) roleblock them (once) or protect them (once)

Attributes:
- Protecting gives Powerful Defense
- May not use power the night after you kill
- After using all abilities, you cannot attend night meetings

Attributes:
- Will learn when Contracted players use their abilities
- Contracted players may use up the Contract to regain a use of limited use abilities and may use their ability twice that night

Abilities:
- Change a player’s ability to Duelist’s ability (once)

Attributes:
- Players will regain their ability after use
- If Duelist regains their ability, all uses are depleted
- Roleblock Immune

- Consigliere: Your target fights to fame, they must be the Duelist

Achievements:

- Disease Control || Stop Pestilence

- Community || Stop 5 players in one game

Abilities:
- Publicize a player (once)

Attributes:
- Power renews when that player dies
- Publicized players and players who whisper to them will not see their public whispers
- Any whispers to or from that player are announced

- You do not know where your defense is at any given time, but you will be notified who was protected if it breaks
- When you die, your scum shield will break

- You may not embody Unique roles

Myric Spoiler: Attack: None

Abilities:
- May seance a dead player (once)
- May silence all night chats (once)

Attributes:
- Seanced player will be able to speak to you that night
- Seanced players will not be able to speak to the Medium
- Mystic will be able to speak to alive players in night chat
- When silenced, no player will be able to speak during the night, with the exception of dead players to the Medium or Mystic

City Investigative:
Employer Spoiler: Attack: None
Defense: None

Abilities:
- Set up guards at three players' houses (once)

Attributes:
- If exactly three players are not selected, power fails and renews
- When someone visits one of the 3 guards, you will learn their intentions (Kill, Manipulate, or Investigate)
- If your guard does not die, they will also learn the visitor's identity, but not which player goes with which intention
- Your guard dies when the player they are on dies

Mechanics:
- You are fooled by the Framer and Hex Master into believing they intend to Kill
- You are fooled by the Disguiser into believing they intend to perform the action their role normally does, and fooled by their identity
- Intention to Kill is obvious, any attack, but also includes all Protectives, Arsonist douses, and Plaguebearer infections
- Intention to Investigate is anything that scoops info, but also deceptive roles like Framer and Disguiser
- Intention to Manipulate is basically everything else, including roleblocks, transports, blackmails, and controls

Abilities:
- Attack a player (zero uses)

Attributes:
- Gains a use every time you are attacked

- Investigator: Vigi, Vet, Maf, Amb, Poacher, Pirate, Oper
- Consigliere: Your target seeks for revenge, they must be the Poacher

Demolitionist Spoiler: Attack: Powerful
Defense: None

Abilities:
- Attack a player (once)

Attributes:
- Cannot attack night one
- Attack will fail and be renewed if you or your target was visited by anyone but you

Investigative Results:
- Sheriff: Innocent
- Investigator: LO, Forger, Demolitionist, Jugg, CL, Survey
- Consigliere: Your target destroys houses with a machine, they must be the Demolitionist


How City wins (changed):
Be the last faction alive and kill Witches, NKs, and NCs

Extra info:
City can be converted to Vampires

Scrapped Roles:

Once per game, choose who you think will be lynched
Deal a basic attack to all players who guiltied your target

Analyst - City (Grave)
Once per game, hide a lynched player's role to everyone but yourself
Once per game, check a dead player's alignment

Espionage - City (Investigative)
Once per game, select three players
You receive all the messages they receive

Stalemate Detectors:
Spoiler: Any non-killing City against non-killing Town = City
- Any non-killing City against non-killing others = others
- Killing City vs non-killers with less defense = City
- Killing City vs non-killers with more defense = others
- Non-killing City non-power vs killers = killers
- More defensive City vs killers = City
- Council/Banker/Governor vs killers (during day) = City

So a whole faction that wins with everyone but neutrals...NK wins less than 10% of the games
