Slight Coven Leader Tweak

Make it so that when the CL has the Necronomicon they can either control or drain their target
If they don’t choose to control their target into anyone, or if their target is a visiting role, say Veteran they drain them
This would make it so that CL can control someone multiple times
It’s kind of like when Necromancer can both Summon a Ghoul and revive the dead when they have the Necronomricon

It’s not really a buff it’s just a bit more of a added convenience
