Give a Talisman to a Player
Bewitch the Talisman with various effects

Example: Alice is Talismannist. She can give ONE Player in the Town her Talisman. The person with the Talisman gains Basic Defense & Astral Visit. BUT during the Day Alice can bewitch the Talisman with a certain effect: RB, BM, Prevent the person from voting, Kill***, Reveal role to the Talismannist. ***Talismannist can only use the Kill bewitching once they have used one of BM/RB/Reveal/No Voting bewitchments first Once the person with the Talisman has been killed, Alice can give the Talisman to a new Player.

Necro---The Talismannist can now give out TWO Talismans



QUESTIONS
Also, do You think there should be a One Night cooldown between giving out the Talisman to a new player ?
