Reworking my Exorcist idea...again
Alignment: Town (Support)
Abilities: Predict who the Witch will control
Attack: Unstoppable
Defense: Basic
Attributes:
- If you guess correctly on who the Witch will control, you will kill the Witch, negating their Basic Defense.
- If all Witches are out of the game, you become a Doctor
- If you guess wrong, you get controlled instead.
Investigative Results:
Investigator: Your target could be a Framer, Vampire, Jester, Exorcist or Hex Master
Consigliere: Your target is an expert witch hunter. They must be an Exorcist!
Witch/CL: You see your target on the lookout for Witches. They must be an Exorcist!
Sheriff: You find no evidence of wrongdoing. Your target seems innocent.
Role Independent Achievements:
Out, Spirit! - Win 1 game as Exorcist
Danny Phantom - Win 5 games as Exorcist
Ghostbuster - Win 10 games as Exorcist
Witch's Worst Nightmare - Win 25 games as Exorcist
Role Dependent Achievements:
No Controlling - Successfully stop a Witch control
Witch-Be-Gone - Stop 2 Witch controls in 1 game
Doogie Howser - Successfully heal someone after becoming Doctor
Notifications:
You decide to protect ______ from the Witch.
You were correct! The Witch has been exorcised!
You guessed wrong! You've been controlled by the Witch in revenge!
All Witches are gone! You are now a Doctor!
Pros:
- Will make Witches think twice about their strategy with the possibility of a role that can negate them
- The switch to Doctor allows for the possibility of more Doc/BG chains
Cons:
- can only be used as long as there are Witches in game
- does not work in the event of Amne turned Witch
- one wrong guess and you get controlled by Witch instead
- Requires the ability to predict future events
