Priority 2, happens before Escort and Consort

Sheriff - Your target seems Innocent
Investigator - Escort, Transporter, Consort, Hypnotist, or Time Looper.
Consigliere - Your target messes with time, they must be a Time Looper

Lore:The Time Looper was not an ordinary fellow. He was a magician before accusations of Witchcraft began. He stopped performing acts, but he had an obsession with real life magic. He read all sorts of book about Magic, and wanted the fabled Necronomicon. It wasnt very long before he learned how to cast a spell, a spell that pauses a small area for 24 hours. He decided to use this power to help town, stopping people who may be attacked, and allowing a Doctor to heal them.
