This is my first role idea, please tell me what you think of it
Role name: Genie
Atk: Unstoppable
Def: Unstoppable
Alignment: Neutral Chaos
Unique role: Yes
Goal: Avoid granting three wishes
Every day, you pick someone to duel at night, same as Pirate. If you do not pick someone, the game will pick someone random for you.
You cannot pick the same person 2 days in a row.
You and your target will duel, however your target won't be roleblocked.
If you win or draw, nothing happens, but if you lose the duel, then the next day you will be forced to grant a wish to said target.
They have to pick one out of three wishes, they are:
Resurrect a player (Revives a player like old Retri, the duel target decides who you will revive)
Kill a player (Grants an Unstoppable attack to whoever your duel target wants dead)
Protect a player (Grants Unstoppable defense, as well as a purge and lynch immunity for a day as a GA would. Duel target picks who gets protected)
The wish will be granted upon the start of the next day.
The target has to pick a wish or the game will pick at random.
The target also has up until the night starts to pick a wish. Meaning that, for example, a Mafia member could hold their wish up until the trial is done, in order to make the Genie revive their teammate who just got hanged. Or in the case of a 1f1 where a Townie gets hanged first, the wish holder can force the Genie to kill the other person involved.
In another example, if a Mayor is the wish holder and it's a 2v1v1 situation, if the Mayor manages to lynch a mafia (turning it into 1v1v1) they can force the Genie to protect them, in turn allowing the Mayor to survive the night and fast-vote the last Mafia before the Genie possibly turns on Mayor.
Each wish can only be used once per game, so if player A forces the genie to resurrect someone, then player B will have to pick between killing and protecting a player.
The Genie cannot die by any means, except via lynching or if he grants three wishes, in which case he will commit suicide at night. They are also roleblock immune, meaning they cannot be saved from commiting suicide, dueling or granting a wish.
If, for example, it's a 1v1v1, you are on your last wish, and you are going to grant it tonight, but the game ends during that day (as long as no opposing alignments are still alive) then you will win, since the game ended before the wish being granted next day.
The Genie wins with anyone as long as they themselves aren't dead.
If they die and an Amnesiac remembers they were like the Genie, then they don't win from the graveyard.
