Framer Rework

Framer can visit people at night.
If it visits a Sheriff, his night result will be found suspicious no matter on which house it visits.
If it visits an Investigator, his night result will always be Framer/Vamp/Jester no matter who the Investigator investigates.
If it visits a Spy, the Spy will not get the Mafia visits each night. If there are other spies, their night results will be unaffected.
If it visits a Lookout, the Lookout's night results be altered and will only show your name as the result. This could be used to counter the Jailor meta.

Framer's old night ability will still remain intact. If a sheriff and a framer both visit the same person, the sheriff will find their target as suspicious. But if the framer visits the sheriff, no matter who he interrogates he will find them as suspicious for the night.

The Spy/Lookout results make it too obvious that a Framer is at work, and the Lookout one will even out the Framer once the Lookout figures out it was a frame.

Also, in the Jailor meta, the maf usually won't know who is the Lookout early enough to counter the meta using this.
