Jester change

I believe you should switch the jester from killing the guilty and abstainers to the people who voted innocent and abstained.
Ideally you want to be lynched therefore anyone who did not vote you guilty did not help you out. And if everyone in fact did vote you guilty then it random picks 1 for death.

This is poor, while I understand your point, think of it this way.
Say town did not know you were Jester, and lynched you, congrats! You fooled them! Nowit's time to punish these suckers for being wrong! But because of your idea, you can't. You only have the choice of the people you didn't convince. Jester's whole idea is that you want to decieve people. And your reward is you get to kill someone who didn't believe you? No, you feel more rewarded by getting it back at the fools who went "oh no" when your role was revealed. That is more feel-good than the people who, in a way, beat you.

Jester is supposed to be something the other players avoid lynching. If the Jester kills those who vote innocent rather than those who vote guilty, then the town promptly lynches the Jester as soon as they find out who it is, and all the tension is gone from the role; it's just a free win.
