Abilities:
None.

Attributes:
- If you get attacked by the Mafia you will be spared and you will then work for them, giving you Basic attack.
- Every full moon night you may receive an order from the highest-ranking Mafia Killing member to kill somebody, up to two times. The order will be executed and you will attack the said person.
- The Mafia may choose not to give you any orders.
- If the Mafia dies after being picked to work for them, you will become a Serial Killer.

Notifications:
You were discovered by the Mafia and have partnered along!

Goal:
Be discovered by the Mafia and work for them to accomplish their goal.

Win Conditions:
Be discovered by the Mafia and kill anyone that would not submit to the Mafia.

Special Attributes:
- Unique role
- Night immunity

Investigator Results:
Sheriff - Your target is suspicious.
Investigator - Your target could be a Doctor, Disguiser, Serial Killer or Criminal.
Consigliere - Your target has not the best past record according to information. They must be a Criminal!

Achievements:
20 MP - Crime Manager - Win 1 game as Criminal.
20 MP - Underestimated - Win 5 games as Criminal.
40 MP - Unexpectedly Dangerous - Win 10 games as Criminal.
100 MP - Talented Mafioso - Win 25 games as Criminal.
20 MP - Changing Mind - Have no order be given before Mafia collapses.
20 MP - I Am Independent - Become a Serial Killer.

Seems reasonable for a Neutral Evil in Mafia games with no Serial Killer. However:

• It's less interesting than the Witch.
• It needs to be able to cooperate with Coven too, or at least do something reasonable in Coven games. (This is an easy fix.)
• It should not be able to turn into a Serial Killer. The Serial Killer is much more powerful than any Neutral Evil should be, and furthermore two Serial Killers can team up, making an absurdly overpowered faction (second only to two Arsonists teaming up).

Seems reasonable for a Neutral Evil in Mafia games with no Serial Killer. However:

• It's less interesting than the Witch.
• It needs to be able to cooperate with Coven too, or at least do something reasonable in Coven games. (This is an easy fix.)
• It should not be able to turn into a Serial Killer. The Serial Killer is much more powerful than any Neutral Evil should be, and furthermore two Serial Killers can team up, making an absurdly overpowered faction (second only to two Arsonists teaming up).

• Indeed, but it had to balance out because it's essentially a second mafioso.
• Same goes for every non-Mafia evil faction I guess, in which case the Criminal adjusts his behavior to suit the faction.
• All the Mafia (or any other evil faction) dying after the Criminal is discovered is late into the game. The SK will either have been dealt with, or just dominated everybody. In this case, nothing can be done to prevent that.

I didn't read the full thread but I don't like the fact that an NE can switch into an NK
