just a different version of LO, gets more info but is useless on n1 and gets stronger as time passes
There's a few issues from the offset.
It would be easy to find blackmailers, poisoners, hypnotists, doctors, transporters, and other non-killing roles in ways that lookout doesn't. The Lookout role relies on timing and prediction so you have to be able to predict who might be a target and hope that your thinking aligns with the evils so there's a chance you gather no information at all. This is a guarantee of information that removes that need of skill making it harder for evils and easier to confirm town.
If you are seeing that action the player you visited committed then that is a bit extreme as you would be able to confirm any evil role immediately as evil and any town role as town as long as they have an actionable ability.
If you are seeing what happens to that player its less extreme but combined with the first ability is too op.
A workable option would be to simply get a log of actions performed against the player in question through the messages they receive at night. I.E. You could see if they were attacked and healed, transported, etc. But it would be a complete history of those actions against them. Basically a slightly more OP version of the Spy's bugging ability
Arguably that would still be a bad idea but would require a greater deal of strategy and less immediate confirmation. It would be used more to test the voracity of something like a trans claim or healed claim or the like.
