You will hear the conversation the Jailor has with his prisoner. This combined with the above isn't very useful
- Only limited to three blackmails.
- Jester and Amnesiac are now immune to being blackmailed. not sure why this would be needed

Serial Killer:

+ Selecting himself will now attack one random visitor to him. RNG is a no-no, also SK is better off just selecting someone to kill for a higher guarancy of killing
+ If the Serial Killer chooses no action, he will appear as innocent to a Sheriff. Sounds fair, I have seen the idea of just making him/her detection immune if they haven't killed someone yet. Not sure how useful would it be but NK need every buff they can receive so.

Arsonist:

+ Arsonist is now immune to being roleblocked. Or just douse your roleblocker, but that could also work ig
+ Dousing a target now ignores transportation. ok
+ Igniting a doused target will also burn visitors. Seems way too op, rampaging isn't a good mechanic
+ The ignited will and role is not revealed to the town, shown as "Burned" in the graveyard. This also seems way too op for Arso
- If the doused target is transported upon ignition, the second target will be ignited instead of the original doused target.I doubt that's needed

For Arso, just make it so if someone they doused dies before they are ignited, Arso gets an extra douse as a compensation. It should fix its rather slow KPN, at least to an extent.

Nope, you can't give any non-consig roles a consigliere ability. And no, restricting the role is dumb and what happens if you disguise as an SK?

Blackmailer:
Giving the option for town to not give their role to the Jailor is stupid, I thought of that idea too and after a few seconds I decided it was dumb lol. Shouldn't have a limit to the blackmails, they're not too strong when used often anyway so what's the point. No restrictions to who or what any role can blackmail.

Serial Killer:
RNG is bad. Though the sheriff change is good, also make it so until the night after their first kill they are innocent too.

Arsonist:
Roleblock immunites should only really be given for roles that could create paradoxes. Escort rbing a consort that could rb someone else, who gets rbed? Maybe the ability to douse any roleblocker and you can ignite regardless of roleblocks? Will destroys are fine, not sure about the Transporter thing.

Necromancer:
I agree with all but the CL and getting investigative results.

Juggernaut
Defense is good, starting basic is alright but I like how it is now. Rest is fine.
