the title says itself

my opinion: remove it entirely cuz it counters every non-town role in some way and you can't prevent it anyway. the only exception to this is witch, pm and transporter and even in that situtation spy helps too much
i do not like the role "miller" anyway, maybe make spy almost same with LO except they see which 'roles' visited target instead of player name.

Spy likely won't be removed and personally I'd rather reworking roles than just taking the easy way out and removing them. Your semi-suggestion of having the Spy act as a Lookout but see the roles instead kind of would-be overpowered in the case of a Lookout. For it to work (which I don't think would fit the 'Spy' name), Trapper would have that ability stripped from them and also Lookout cannot be in the same game as a Spy for balance reasons.

No idea if suggested before but what if a Spies bug works the same as now but also can see if Mafia visits them as well? Instead of seeing all Mafia visits?

Seems too weak.

Currently spy has so many problems, bug is the only ability I can think of that's fine (but too weak alone)
