Potential for 2 Diverse NK Roles

Hey there, I’m new to using forum and I have 2 suggestions for nk roles since they all feel kinda the same to me at the moment. Now i dont mind NK i just hate that 2 of roles need 2 nights to get 1 kill so heres my additional NKs!

The first one is the cliche jfk like assassin/crazed gun man. The assassin selects a target at night but kills during the day with a vig like bullet after the discussion period, with the whole town knowing the aftermath of the attack because its basically out in the open. So it could say a message in town like “deodat has been assassinated!” or “deodat has suddenly been killed!” Resulting in death or “Deodat survived assassination” if he is an immune role or tp with a self heal or vest, they will automatically protect themselves. The jailor however can be protected through the day by both dr and bg when they choose to help him at night, and a bg will always automatically save a revealed mayor. Suspicious to sheriffs.

Killing in the day also means they are immune to role blocking.

Lookouts who visit you at night continue to watch you during the day

Vigilantes can kill assassins

When a dr visits the attack target, excluding jailor causes them to be fatally wounded. Being fatally wounded causes the target to die during the night as usual


The other role, a ghost that can gain abilities from deaths/certain target kills and can see all dead roles. The ghost also has no death note. While in possession of haunt cannot be killed by bg and vet, petrify role blockers who visit and cannot gain additional abilities from this point.

Possible interactions

Dead medium grants the ability to speak with the dead at night

Ghost killing jailor should have an effect, im thinking something like a cursed will only readable by med and ret. Sheriff can investigate the jailors home to also read the will.

Ghost killing mayor gives 1 unstoppable guilty vote, which means that 1 vote outweighs every vote combined when the ghost chooses to

Ghost killing jester haunts the nearest people on each side of the jester resulting in 3 deaths total

Ghost killing med or jester gains haunt attacks for the rest of the game

Ghost killing retributionist grants a second life and unjailable/unlynchable for first night after resurrection

Whisper reading when both a spy and bmer have died

Ghost killing a disguiser lets you pick a dead role to become for the rest of the game

Ghost killing veteran haunts all vigilantes and people who visit them that night

Ghost killing janitor cleans all wills of the next nights dead

Ghost killing lo,forger or witch gains death notes

Ghost killing witch loses immunity at night

Ghost killing framer can frame 1 person for the rest of the game

Ghost attacking exe causes exe to becomes a ghost, but also grants exe target immunity

Ghost attacking ghost revives retributionist

Ghost killing exe target learns who is exe

Ghost killing witch, trans, consort or escort grants role block immunity



I think these would be great for the game because the best games have a crazy plot twist and i think these offer that while also giving off another threat that needs to be killed immediately outside of serial killer, as arso and ww can be ignored after they have killed someone.
