Abilities:
- Whistle at night to redirect visits.

Attributes:
- You will whistle at your house every night, and your target's visitors will be redirected to you.
- You will deal a Basic attack to a random person who visits you, including redirected visits.
- If your target has no visitors, you will attack them instead.

Investigative Results:
Sheriff: Your target is suspicious or framed!
Investigator: Your target could be a Escort, Transporter, Consort, Hypnotist, or Whistler.
Consigliere: Your target uses whistling to their advantage. They must be a Whistler.

Goal: Kill everyone who would oppose you.

Victory Conditions:
- Wins with Witches and Survivors

Notifications:
- Being redirected: You heard whistling near your target's house, so you decided to investigate..(Possible hypno message)
- Being redirected and killed: You were attacked by a Whistler!
- Being killed by a regular visit: You were attacked by the Whistler you visited!
- Death message: He/She was killed by a Whistler.
- A redirected visitor being immune: A visitor's defense was too strong to kill.
- Being attacked: Someone tried to attack you but your defense was too strong!
- You decided to whistle near XXXXXXX's house tonight.
- You have changed your mind.
- You instead decided to whistle near XXXXXXX's house tonight.

Mechanics:
- You cannot be roleblocked.
- Whistling counts as a visit, and you will die to Pestilence, a Juggernaut, a Veteran and a Werewolf.

Quarter and a Fourth: Win 5 games as a Whistler
Musical Scale: Win 10 games as a Whistler

This is like Neutral Veteran but implementing a new way to disrupt visits seems fun imo
Lore:
Being a former Transporter, his only friend had been faking being the Doctor and was actually the Serial Killer. The Whistler knew that he had to enact vengeance on his fallen foe. Gathering the lynched Serial Killer's armor, he thought, why don't I just shoot a person who visits my target? He dropped his transportation shtick, and learned to whistle so he could stealthily kill those who had enacted death on his friend. He was no longer the Transporter, for he was now a Whistler.
