This person with default name 'Thomas Danforth' told everyone who the Vampires left were once he was bitten, just before leaving.

Also the Jailor named 'Japan' was gamethrowing with his friend 'Russia' since he refused to execute him after knowing he was a Vampire (Since Thomas told everyone who were the vampires)
Then, Russia said in chat that he did jail him, however he didn't execute him (I couldn't screenshot it in time, but I reported Thomas so the logs should include Russia saying that at the end of the game)
