This person was most obviously intending their name to be offensive both towards Mexicans and towards the LGBTQ community. How you can not see that is beyond me, but I'm not a mod so do what you will.

To clarify: She knows the word beaner isn't appropriate. She was noting that the word "gay" isn't inappropriate, so it would only be insulting to people of Mexican descent, but not gay people.

What I am trying to explain, is that, given the context that the name was intended to be offensive, I strongly believe they intended both parts as offensive. Not that it really matters, as long as it is realized that the name they chose was intended to be offensive and is handled accordingly.
