Reporting DogManMC for spamming in lobby

DogManMC spammed "Hosting a halloween party game in coven custom" 13 times before leaving the lobby. I can't seem to dupe the report onto them since they technically weren't in the game, so I'm reporting it here.

There are no open reports on the user, so leaving open for an admin to check.

If I had caught this earlier I would have duped it myself so the report could be in the system. Unfortunately since it's well past the one month time, I can't and won't reopen a report to punish them.

Will definitely keep an eye out for him though.
